Solana meme coin dogwifhat (WIF) has surged 14.7% in the last 24 hours to trade at $3.42 with bulls signaling renewed inflows. The price jump of the asset comes amid meme coins recording improved numbers in the market today. At the time of writing, the meme coin market capitalization is $68.2 billion, a 6% rise in the last 24 hours. 

Among meme coins, Solana tokens have recorded 12% gains outpacing the wider market today as daily volumes hit $2.3 billion. The performance of WIF and other assets is linked to Solana’s bullish trend and inflows to meme coins.

Dogwifhat Breaks Into Top 30 

The asset’s steady growth since its launch has seen it attract community support, especially during the Q1 meme coin frenzy. Dogwifhat ranks in the top 30 crypto assets by market capitalization soaring above Filecoin (FIL). Breaking into the top 30 is a huge step for the Solana meme coins that got the community bullish in Q1 2024. 

The market cap of dogwifhat stands at $3.4 billion while daily volumes have skyrocketed 50% to $935 million. These gains are still off its all-time high at $4.85. WIF price attained this feat on March 31 following the meme coins frenzy that saw massive inflows to assets. 

Dogwifhat trades 29% below its all-time high with bulls looking to new positions after the market recorded wins. The approval of spot Ethereum ETFs and the anticipation leading up to the date ignited a market turnaround. Crypto assets also notched gains from United States legislators showing support for crypto bills.

Wider Meme Coins Surge 

Dogwifhat, the leading Solana meme coin by market cap has ignited a rally in similar assets. Kitty AI has been the largest gainer in the past 24 hours posting triple-digit gains. The asset is up 668% today while Wokak and Banan Cat are up 24.5% and 63.7% in the same time frame.
