Last week, IMPT, a new cryptocurrency project, was listed with the CEX listing. Although the crypto has not been able to continue with the bullish trend established in the first two days, IMPT still managed to create a huge buzz in the markets, creating traction with users.

What is IMPT?

IMPT is a carbon offsetting and carbon credits investing project that claims to support over 10,000 eco-friendly projects and brands worldwide. The project recently raised $16.5 million in a token presale, and is now listed on three cryptocurrency exchange lists: Uniswap, LBank, and Changelly Pro. It is also planned to be listed on at least seven other lists in the future.

According to the information provided, IMPT allows the buying, selling, and retiring of carbon credits on a blockchain marketplace. It is suggested that tokens can be converted into carbon credits and listed as NFT tokens that can be exchanged for collectible NFTs.

The CEO of IMPT, David Creighton, stated that the listing price is $0.0253, and any remaining tokens from the presale will be burned in order to protect the sustainability of the tokens and prevent “pump and dump” situations and large price fluctuations.

It is suggested that investing in IMPT can support environmental protection and provide stability in unstable times. However, it is important to thoroughly research and carefully consider any investment decisions before committing to any funds.

Whereas we can sometimes get lost in a new crypto project that promises huge returns in the future, 2022 has shown us that consistent gains are not always possible. Therefore, despite the project being bullish on the solutions it offers, my IMPT price forecast remains conservative.

There is a high likelihood that, due to the timing of its launch, which is a bearish crypto market, we might see the project continue to drop for the next few weeks. This scenario may see IMPT crypto dropping by as much as 50 percent in the coming days. Since it is a new crypto project, investors should be cautious with their investments.
