Poco is reportedly preparing to unveil its latest flagship smartphones, the Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra, on 27 March for the global market. The two models are expected to share similarities with the Redmi K80 and K80 Pro, which were introduced in China in November 2024.

Expected specifications and features

According to a report by 91Mobiles, citing tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, both handsets are likely to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a resolution of 3,200×1,440 pixels, and a pixel density of 526ppi. They are also anticipated to run Android 15 with HyperOS 2.0 overlay straight out of the box.

The Poco F7 Pro is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, whereas the Ultra variant may house the more advanced Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Storage configurations are tipped to include 12GB RAM with 256GB storage across both models. However, the Pro version may also be available with 512GB storage, while the Ultra model could be offered with a higher-end 16GB RAM and 512GB storage option.

Both smartphones are rumoured to feature a 50MP primary rear camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS). The Poco F7 Pro is expected to include an additional 8MP sensor, while the front-facing camera may be a 20MP shooter.

In contrast, the Poco F7 Ultra is speculated to incorporate a 50MP telephoto lens with OIS support and a 32MP sensor paired with an ultra-wide-angle lens. For selfies and video calls, it may sport a 32MP front camera.

Battery capacity is another point of differentiation. The Poco F7 Pro is likely to be equipped with a 6,000mAh battery supporting 90W fast charging. Meanwhile, the Poco F7 Ultra could be backed by a 5,300mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging capabilities.

Earlier leaks have suggested that the Poco F7 Pro may be available in black, blue, and grey shades, while the Ultra model could be released in black and yellow colourways. Both devices are expected to carry an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
