Economists at Scotiabank analyze\u00a0USD <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fxstreet.com\/rates-charts\/forecast\">outlook<\/a> ahead of themost interesting\u00a0event\u00a0of the day.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"fxs_headline_medium\">The USD looks more or less fairly priced for the status quo on rates<\/h2>\n<blockquote>\n<p>After the hawkish-sounding minutes from the July FOMC meeting, Powell may come across as a little more measured.
