According to <\/span><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.coinshares.com\/volume-146-digital-asset-fund-flows-weekly-report-73341d6e96c4\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CoinShares<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, that week\u2019s outflows were the largest since the US regulatory crackdown on exchanges in March 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CoinShares opined that last week\u2019s decline in activity might be due to negative sentiment taking a \u201cturn.\u201d However, despite the low activity, trading volume rallied above the year-to-date (YTD) average by 90%. During the period under review, trading volume totaled $2.8 billion.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The digital asset investment firm added,<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cYear-to-date digital asset investment products remain in a net inflow position totalling US$165m, with the year so far beset with large gyrations of investor flows, very much driven by the hopes and concerns for regulation on digital assets.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4><b>For the first time in several weeks, Bitcoin was not the primary victim<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The past few weeks have been marked by significant <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/search\/btc\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Bitcoin [BTC]<\/a> sell-offs. For context, in the previous week, BTC investment products accounted for most of last week\u2019s outflows at $149 million. This represented 87% of all funds removed from the market during that period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">With the gradual re-emergence of positive sentiment, the king coin recorded minor inflows of $3.8 million last week. The report stated that the coin remained in a YTD net inflow of $269 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Continuing its trend of outflows, Short-Bitcoin products suffered a liquidity exit of $3.3 million last week. This was its 19th week of consecutive funds outflow, \u201cwith total assets under management (AuM) having fallen 48% from this year\u2019s peak,\u201d CoinShares said.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Solana is king<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to the report, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/search\/sol\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Solana\u2019s [SOL]<\/a> inflows in the past nine weeks totaled $700,000. This brought the Layer 1 (L1) coin\u2019s YTD inflows to $26 million, suggesting that <\/span><b>\u201c<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">it is the most loved altcoin amongst investors at present.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the other hand, leading coin <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/search\/eth\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Ethereum [ETH]<\/a>, suffered the outflows. It saw the removal of capital worth $3.2 million from crypto funds.
