While inflation has moderated somewhat and has clearly moved back below 2%, policymakers appear to be leaning towards some additional \u2018insurance\u2019 tightening to take the SNB\u2019s key policy rate to 2%.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Easing inflation pressures may spill over into the currency\u2019s broader trend. Policymakers have favoured a somewhat stronger exchange rate to help dampen price pressures.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
