The exchange <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.binance.com\/en\/feed\/post\/1374655\">said<\/a> existing users in the U.K. will have their services unaffected.<\/li>\n<li>The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) revoked the exchange\u2019s U.K. permissions at Binance\u2019s request earlier this year after the regulator raised concerns about the firm\u2019s ambiguous corporate structure in 2021. On Oct. 8, Binance attempted to reinstate some local services with partner, Rebuildingsociety.com Ltd, a regulated entity.<\/li>\n<li>On Oct. 10, the FCA intervened and asked Rebuildingsociety to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/blockworks.co\/news\/fca-binance-rebuilding-society-crypto-ads\">withdraw<\/a> any existing approvals.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cBinance is currently looking for a new FCA authorised approver.
