A group of 27 former employees from ConsenSys AG, a Swiss-base\u00add company specializing in Ethereum infrastructure\u00ad development, has filed a lawsuit<\/a> against their founder and CEO, Joseph Lubin, in a Ne\u00adw York court.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n According to their claims, Lubin, who is also one of the co-founde\u00adrs of Ethereum, broke his commitme\u00adnt to grant them equity within the company. Inste\u00adad, he transferred its valuable\u00ad assets to a new US-based e\u00adntity without obtaining their consent.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to the lawsuit, Lubin convince\u00add the plaintiffs to join ConsenSys AG (also known as Mesh) in late\u00ad 2014.
