At the time, crypto markets briefly surged over the excitement of <\/span><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/sec-drops-charges-ripples-garlinghouse-and-larsen-vindicated-in-landmark-case\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ripple\u2019s<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> victory in its lawsuit against the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to <\/span><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coinglass.com\/LiquidationData\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CoinGlass<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, over 81,000 crypto traders have been liquidated in the past day. The single largest liquidation took place on Binance for a BTC \/ USDT trade of $9.98 million.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On Monday, the Court of Appeals formally ordered the SEC to review Grayscale\u2019s spot Bitcoin ETF application, which many suspect the agency now has little choice but to accept.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Furthermore, BlackRock\u2019s proposed ETF \u2013 the iShares Bitcoin Trust \u2013 was listed with the Depository Trust &amp; Clearing Corporation, which clears NASDAQ-based trades, under the ticker iBTC.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On Twitter, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas said that such a listing is \u201cpart of the process of bringing an ETF to market.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cBlackRock\u2019s moves are typical for an ETF expecting to launch in week or so,\u201d he <\/span><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/EricBalchunas\/status\/1716539812449055125\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">added<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, \u201cbut most of what else I heard would indicate a month or two.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_281901\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-281901\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptopotato.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/BTCUSD_2023-10-23_19-01-23.png\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-281901\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Bitcoin \/ USD.
