The exchange said that while U.S. law applies within its borders, it doesn\u2019t have the authority to regulate activities across the globe. Binance criticized the CFTC\u2019s \u201cbroad arguments\u201d and stated that the agency was not the \u201cworld\u2019s derivatives police.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Binance claimed that its U.S. operations, conducted under Binance.US, are separate.
