The Fantom Foundation is launching an accelerator program to incubate the development of up to five selected projects\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b.<\/p>\n

The program is aimed at fostering innovation within Fantom’s Sonic technology stack. Fantom is the 35th largest chain by total value locked, according to DeFiLlama. Fantom Foundation is the non-profit dedicated to advancing the Fantom blockchain’s ecosystem.<\/p>\n

The program offers grants totaling 1,000,000 FTM (approximately $294,000) for developing each project’s Minimum Viable Product. In addition to financial backing, selected projects will receive technical support, co-marketing, and mentorship from Fantom leaders, including Andre Cronje, the Director at Fantom Foundation\u200b\u200b.<\/p>\n

“Having access to industry veterans pays dividends early in the development cycle and that is exactly what I look to provide to our Sonic Labs partners,” Cronje said.<\/p>\n

The Sonic Labs program is open<\/a> to developers building new applications using Fantom’s technology in various blockchain sectors, including GameFi and DeFi. <\/p>\n
