Bitcoin (BTC<\/a>) firebrand Max Keiser thinks Ethereum (ETH<\/a>) rival Solana (SOL<\/a>) is primed to implode.<\/p>\n The outspoken crypto pundit predicts<\/a> SOL will crash<\/a> down to $20, a more than 80% drop from its current price point.<\/p>\n \u201cSOL shitcoin-aholics will:<\/em><\/p>\n 1. Lose 100% purchasing power vs. Bitcoin<\/em><\/p>\n 2. Get rug pulled (a few times)<\/em><\/p>\n 3. \u2018Time\u2019 the market with serial losing trades that add up to net losses.<\/em><\/p>\n We will pray for you, children.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Keiser and his wife, Stacy Herbert, both work as senior advisors to El Salvador\u2019s National Bitcoin Office.<\/p>\n Earlier this week, the pseudonymous trader known as Altcoin Sherpa predicted<\/a> that SOL could soon decline to a price between the Fibonacci retracement levels of $84.50 and $71.67.<\/p>\n \u201cSOL: in theory this should probably go up given all the liquidity that was collected. That said, I still think this one needs a bit of time to cool off. Wouldn\u2019t be surprised to see this come down to lower levels like the $70-$80 again.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n The fifth-ranked crypto asset by market cap is trading at $101 at time of writing.<\/p>\n Other traders predict Solana will continue its hot streak.
