European Central Bank<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(ECB) Governing Council member and Bank of France President, Francois Villeroy de Galhau, said on Friday that the central bank \u201cwill probably cut rates this year.\u201d<\/p>\n

His comment comes after his colleague Martins Kazaks noted that he is \u201cnot optimistic for Spring rate cuts.\u201d<\/p>\n
