However, this move drew criticism from crypto stakeholders, who pointed out that users couldn\u2019t withdraw their assets until the mainnet launch.<\/p>\n<p>With the successful mainnet launch, users have quickly withdrawn their stuck assets, leading to the rapid decline in TVL.<\/p>\n<p>Despite this setback, Blast continues its operations, boasting over 1 million total transactions on the network and witnessing the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ThrusterFi\/status\/1763308188177445214?s=20\">launch<\/a> of several new decentralized applications.<\/p>\n<h2>Phishing sites on rampage<\/h2>\n<p>Meanwhile, malicious actors have exploited Blast mainnet launch to proliferate <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/glossary\/phishing\/\">phishing sites<\/a> mimicking the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/glossary\/layer-2\/\">layer2<\/a> network\u2019s official platform.<\/p>\n<p>Web 3 security firm Scam Sniffer disclosed two instances where individuals fell victim to these schemes, resulting in a combined loss exceeding $5 million in digital assets.<\/p>\n<p>In one case, a user <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/realScamSniffer\/status\/1763427814588690743?t=HOKa6VNU_XxihcMKSUICHw&amp;s=19\">suffered<\/a> a loss of $4.39 million, comprising $ALI and $PUSH tokens, after interacting with a fraudulent Uniswap Permit2\u2019s Permit Batch message.<\/p>\n<p>Another user <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/realScamSniffer\/status\/1763356550176161950?t=XaaS9b12b8m5uVGAmsh0Ag&amp;s=19\">encountered<\/a> a similar fate, losing $717,817 worth of Aave BTC and Pandora tokens through an airdrop phishing site.<\/p>\n<p>These incidents prompted Scam Sniffer to issue a stark <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/realScamSniffer\/status\/1763427814588690743?s=20\">warning<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s5\">\u201cThere are too many phishing sites impersonating Blast!
