JPMorgan Chase reportedly refuses to reimburse a customer who says she warned the bank of suspicious activity \u2013 and then watched scammers drain her account over the course of three days.<\/p>\n
Houston resident Cindy Little says she recently received a text message from Chase letting her know that an \u201cunknown\u201d person had been added as a Zelle recipient, reports<\/a> the NBC-affiliated news station KPRC.<\/p>\n Little says she immediately contacted the bank and discovered $1,000 had already been been stolen from her account.
