The pace of manufacturing output growth has increased for five straight months, with the production subindex hitting a two-year high,\u201d said Wang Zhe, an economist at Caixin Insight Group.<\/p>\n<p>Wang added, \u201cdemand also rose, keeping the subindex for total new orders in expansionary territory for the 11th consecutive month.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Data released by China\u2019s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) showed Sunday that the\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fxstreet.com\/news\/chinas-nbs-manufacturing-pmi-drops-to-504-in-april-vs-503-expected-202404300131\">official Manufacturing Purchasing Managers&#8217; Index (PMI)<\/a> held steady at 49.5 in June, as expected.
