A widely followed crypto analyst thinks Bitcoin (BTC<\/a>) could be on the verge of stabilizing after a sizeable correction.<\/p>\n Pseudonymous crypto trader Rekt Capital tells his 482,500 followers on the social media platform X that BTC is showing<\/a> positive signs of life after its most recent drop.<\/p>\n \u201cBitcoin is showcasing some initial signs of stability after the crash<\/em><\/p>\n And in doing so, it is creeping closer to the Downtrend (light blue)<\/em><\/p>\n This Downtrend will be challenged if the Bullish Divergence plays out.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n According to the analyst<\/a>, BTC\u2019s price breakdown is now showing signs that it\u2019s finding support near the $57,000 mark.<\/p>\n \u201cBitcoin has managed to reclaim the purple level as support, despite the fake-breakdown.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Finally, the analyst points out<\/a> that BTC\u2019s latest pullback is the second deepest of this bull run so far.<\/p>\n \u201cThis retrace is not just the deepest in the cycle thus far<\/em><\/p>\n But it is officially the second-longest retrace in the cycle as well (49 days).\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n BTC is worth $57,480 at time of writing, up 3% on the day.<\/p>\n Last week, Rekt Capital suggested<\/a> that traders may need to wait till next fall before BTC reaches its bull cycle peak.<\/p>\n \u201cIn the 2015-2017 cycle, Bitcoin peaked 518 days after the halving.
