European Central Bank (ECB)\u00a0policymaker Francois Villeroy de Galhau said Thursday that \u201can increase in long-term yields, all things being equal, tightens financial conditions.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cFrance needs to bring back the deficit to 3%,\u201d he added.<\/span><\/p>\n
