If approved, the trust\u2019s BNB holdings can be utilized to generate staking rewards, additional BNB, or other forms of income.<\/p>\n<p>This move follows VanEck\u2019s registration in Delaware to launch a BNB exchange-traded fund in early April 2025. VanEck\u2019s initiative is significant as it would be the first US-based ETF focused on Binance Coin (BNB). Although BNB-related products like the 21Shares Binance BNB ETP are available, they are structured as exchange-traded products (ETPs) rather than traditional ETFs and are not based in the US.
