Citibank is reportedly refusing to reimburse tens of thousands of dollars that mysteriously disappeared from a customer\u2019s bank account.<\/p>\n
A total of $40,000 was transferred from 88-year-old Lois Nadler\u2019s account to an account in Hong Kong about nine months ago, reports<\/a> News 12.<\/p>\n The bank says Nadler herself moved the money in a single transaction.<\/p>\n But Nadler, who lives in Bayville, New York, says she didn\u2019t authorize the transfer.<\/p>\n \u201cI go to my checking account. It is wiped out. <\/em><\/p>\n They [Citibank] told me that I made a phone call and I transferred to my friend in their Hong Kong branch $40,000.
