According to a report by 9to5Mac, tech commentator John Gruber of Daring Fireball noted that an app called Sora 2: AI Video Generator<\/i> reached ninth place in Apple\u2019s \u2018Top Photo & Video\u2019 chart. It is just one of more than a dozen apps imitating OpenAI\u2019s branding, with some even using the company\u2019s logo or referencing Google\u2019s Veo 3 model to appear authentic.
