The company says it has \u201cidentified that users are experiencing elevated errors for the impacted services. We are working on implementing a mitigation.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"article-index-2\">\n<p>The company, however, does not say that ChatGPT is experiencing downtime, and instead states that the technical issue is leading to \u2018Degraded performance\u2019 for its chatbot. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"article-index-3\">\n<p>The company posted a new message on its status page at 8:10PM IST that it has \u201capplied the mitigation and are monitoring the recovery.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"article-index-4\">\n<p>Meanwhile, Downdetector data paints another story.
