The outage tracking platform has a spike around 8:04PM with over 1,200 users reporting problems with accessing the audio streaming platform in India.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"article-index-1\">\n<p>The outage seems to be even more severe in the US, where over 30,000 complaints have been registered on <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.livemint.com\/companies\/news\/microsoft-azure-and-365-down-for-thousands-of-users-downdetector-reports-11761756701748.html\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"Downdetector\">Downdetector<\/a> with a peak being seen at 9:15 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Similarly, over 3,000 complaints about Spotify have been registered in Canada where outages peaked at around 9:17 AM ET.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"article-index-2\">\n<p>As per Downdetector data, 70% of users complained about \u2018Server Connection\u2019, 16% of users complained about \u2018Search\u2019 functionality and 14% complained about \u2018Audio Streaming\u2019.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"article-index-3\">\n<p>Spotify has acknowledged the issue via its \u2018<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.livemint.com\/entertainment\/shreya-ghoshal-joins-taylor-swift-billie-eilish-as-spotify-global-s-top-15-most-streamed-female-artists-of-2025-11765508853490.html\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"Spotify\">Spotify<\/a> Status\u2019 page on X (formerly Twitter), writing, \u201cWe\u2019re aware of some issues right now and are checking them out!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"article-index-6\">\n<h2>How social media is reacting to Spotify outage?<\/h2>\n<p>I can still listen but can\u2019t search for artist or see my own profile.&#8221;wrote one user on Reddit<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"article-index-7\">\n<p>\u201cI found a playlist in my library and cued some songs, but nothing would play. I\u2019m in the US.\u201d another user chimed in<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"article-index-8\">\n<p>\u201ci can&#8217;t even log into the website to set up a new month of premium so they are having massive problems\u201d yet another user noted<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"article-index-9\">\n<p>A user explaining the login issues with the platform said, \u201cI deleted the app to reinstall it thinking it was a me problem.
