The company also <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/ix?doc=\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/0001050446\/000119312526161456\/d944734dpre14a.htm\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/ix?doc=\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/0001050446\/000119312526161456\/d944734dpre14a.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">disclosed<\/a> on Friday plans to pay Stretch (STRC) dividends twice monthly. STRC is the company\u2019s perpetual preferred security.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf we were to move forward with paying STRC semi-monthly, we would be in category one, the only preferred in the world that pays semi-monthly dividends.
