One of the few analysts who accurately called Bitcoin\u2019s 2025 top says BTC<\/a> will likely form a bottom in the near term.<\/p>\n The pseudonymous analyst KillaXBT tells<\/a> his 206,800 followers on X that Bitcoin is likely to trade sideways in the coming months before setting the stage for a massive breakout based on historic precedence.<\/p>\n \u201cI think the most likely scenario is that BTC chops sideways for the next few months. As much as I\u2019d love to see BTC V-shape recover, that\u2019s not something we\u2019ve historically seen before. In previous bear market cycles, the market has typically spent time consolidating and ranging before a true trend reversal takes hold. So, pumps are likely shallow for now. Take that into consideration.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Looking at his chart, the analyst suggest BTC may tag the $52,000 level before entering a bullish trend.<\/p>\n KillaXBT also says<\/a> that Bitcoin\u2019s percentage of supply in profit and loss metric is flashing signs of a bottom based on previous cycles.<\/p>\n \u201cPercentage of BTC supply in profit at each bottom:<\/em><\/p>\n Most people don\u2019t realize how close we are to the bottom.
