The crypto prices today witnessed a waning price action following yesterday’s remarkable bullish momentum. Bitcoin witnessed turbulency near the $70,000 mark, with the token’s price trading both in red and green territories. Simultaneously, Ethereum maintained its resiliency, hovering near the $3,800 mark.

On the other hand, Altcoins SOL, XRP, and ADA witnessed a tumbled movement. Whereas DOGE and SHIB, prominencies in the meme coin sector, noted considerable gains.

Bitcoin’s price dipped 1.77% in the past 24 hours and is currently trading at $69,958. Its 24-hour lows and highs are $69,191.12 and $71,426.98, respectively.

The flagship crypto’s market cap slipped 1.83% to $1.37 trillion, followed by an 18.43% fall in 24-hour trading volume to $40.73 billion.

Conversely, the Ethereum price trajectory illustrated a continued upward momentum today, surging 3.24% in the past 24 hours to $3,804. Its 24-hour lows and highs are $3,628.10 and $3,837.37, respectively.

The second-largest crypto by market cap witnessed a 3.10% jump in market cap value today, reaching $456.16 billion. However, the 24-hour trading volume decreased 6.20%, reaching $33.55 billion.

Ethereum’s recent attention-nabbing surge comes primarily due to the balance tipping more toward a potential ETH ETF approval.

SOL’s market chart illustrated a 3.83% plunge in the crypto’s price in the past 24 hours, resting at $177. According to CoinmarketCap data, Solana’s 24-hour lows and highs are $174.71 and $184.79, respectively.

The token’s market cap fell 3.76% to $79.55 billion, whereas 24-hour trading volume plummeted 19.77% to $4.06 billion.

The Ripple Labs-backed token noted marginal gains worth 0.09% in the past 24 hours, with a highly turbulent price action. XRP currently sits at $0.5357, with its 24-hour lows and highs being $0.5322 and $0.5561.

This highly turbulent price action follows the U.S. SEC’s recent opposition to Ripple’s motion to redact and seal certain remedies-related documents.
